Track Your Order – CultSole

At CultSole, we make it easy for you to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

How to Track Your Order

1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

2. For Paxi deliveries, use your Paxi code to track your parcel at your nearest PEP, PEP Home, or Tekkie Town.

3. For Courier Guy deliveries, enter your tracking number on the Courier Guy website or follow the link provided in your dispatch email.

Delivery Time Estimates

• Paxi (PEP Store Collection): 3–7 working days depending on location.

• Courier Guy (Door Delivery): 2–3 working days for major cities; 3–5 working days for other areas.
