1. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. CultSole delivers anywhere in South Africa using Paxi (PEP Store Collection) and Courier Guy (door delivery).

2. How long does delivery take?

Paxi Delivery: 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
Courier Guy Delivery: 2 to 3 working days for major cities, and 3 to 5 working days for outlying areas.

3. How do I track my CultSole order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you your tracking number and tracking link.
If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours, contact our support team.

4. Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. CultSole does not offer cash on delivery. All payments must be made online before dispatch.

5. What payment methods does CultSole accept?

We accept secure online payments through Paystack, including card payments and EFT options.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is still new, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

7. What if I receive the wrong or a defective item?

Contact CultSole within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes. We allow size exchanges if the item is still new and unused.
Return courier fees for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

9. How do I know which size to choose?

Please refer to the CultSole sizing chart available on our website.
If unsure, selecting one size up is recommended.

10. Where is CultSole located?

CultSole operates online only.
